Business Analyst support

• Distribution: support Area Managers in identifying opportunities to list new products / SKUs and making proactive recommendations to delist
• Promo efficiency: track ROI of promotional activities and make recommendations to sales team : increase weight / review depth / cut …
• Sales Reporting and Analysis Assistance: Compiling and maintaining monthly sales reports, tracking product inventory levels, and assisting in analyzing sales data and in making recommendations to guide investment & sales activities
• Process Improvement : identify inefficiencies in current business processes and workflows and recommend solutions for optimization. Map out current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose changes or new systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Customer Service and Communication:

• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, answering inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and delivery, and assisting in resolving customer complaints.

Sales Operations support

• Open new Skus to customers : create and submit BMUs, follow up with stakeholders to ensure prompt approval
• Submit new listings in customers’ portals : codes, price, channel
• Submit new products proposals & limited editions on customers’ platforms : Lagardere / Avolta / Heinemann
• Upload pricing updates including price promotions : monthly/quarterly updates
• Process sales related PO management : create/adjust PO, request invoices from customers, check accuracy vs. sellout, goods receipt
