Senior International Brand Manager

Job description

The Senior International Brand Manager will participate in the design of the Brands’ strategy and be responsible of its implementation; analyze, plan, implement and coordinate all marketing elements associated with achieving the Company’s objectives to generate long-term growth.

The role ensures the growth of the Brands’ equity worldwide in full collaboration with the markets via centrally led projects and guidance on local initiatives.

The Senior International Brand Manager is expected to travel to various markets to ensure that the brand plans are activated in accordance with established standards and key performance indicators.

Profile

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • A minimum of five – eight years’ experience in brand management, project management or marketing within the high-end spirits industry or luxury industry
  • Luxury Consumer Product Goods knowledge/experience highly preferred.
  • High level understanding of the US market. International experience a plus.
  • High level understanding of communication channels, digital engagement, e-commerce and campaign management.
  • Highly performance driven with proven capability to manage the marketing mix
  • Track record in creating and managing paid media campaigns and digital communication platforms. Good public relations / communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset / problem solving thinking, with the ability to make sound business decisions
  • Prior experience managing multiple agency partners (ad/social media/events/pack)
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
