Key Responsibilities
Media Planning
• Take lead in defining Remy Martin annual media strategy including budget
allocation/ KPI by campaign, by product, according to the marketing plan,
that positions Remy as a leading and inspiring cognac brand.
• Optimize media planning and buying in line with the overall marketing plans
• Manage as the central point on the day-to-day deployment of all paid media
activity (OOH, MSP, Programmatic, digital, etc.)
• Project owner of OOH media planning, buying and execution with coordinate
and align with other teams to support brands’ business by sub-brands.
• Drive data-centric audience planning methodology, apply big data & small
data insight in media planning, and lead key digital eco-system partnership to
maximize data capability to help drive omnichannel experience, and
• Proactively align and communicate with other brand team members to
provide inputs into the annual and monthly media plans in close coordination
with media agency. Creates comprehensive action plans for media initiatives
for all brand communications projects with the aim to maximize brand and
product exposures, promotions while maximizing the performance.
• Optimize media planning and buying in line with the overall marketing plans.
• Provide tracking & analytics of media performance, be nimble in adjusting
the plan to best fit business and activation needs, provide insight & feedback
to the rest of brand team.
• Build up monthly key competitors case study and best practices sharing
including brand & product positioning, TA analysis, messaging, phasing, and
media channel mix strategy for different objective.
• Build up Wechat/ Weibo/Douyin/Kuaishou etc media intelligence &
cooperation opportunities and coordinate partnership
• On time launch of media plan
• Improve the media buy efficiency (ROI)
• Increase engagement & conversion rate to achieve business goals
• Improvement in our Brand Health Index

Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in the media or PR dept. with an
international brand or 4A media agency
• Previous experience in media agency in China, handling international
accounts or media department in an international brand
• Knowledgeable about the China media scene esp, digital media and
emerging mar-tech trend, keep close to big digital ecosystem
• Knowledgeable about China and international spirits. An interest and
desire to participate in and learn about spirits.
• Lifestyle/Fashion market knowledge is a plus
• University Degree or above. Preferably in a marketing or
communications related discipline
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Excellent English and Mandarin fluency
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products
