Job description
The Procurement Manager is responsible for the implementation and day to day management of the procurement process (indirect purchase) for RCUSA and support RC Canada and RC Latam on a per need basis. This includes identification, sourcing and negotiation and management of vendors in support of RC Americas business needs.
The scope will include supervision of the correct implementation of the procurement process for both Overheads purchase and Advertising and & Promotions purchase and the direct management of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) (sourcing, management).
***The salary range for this role based in New York is $130,000- $140,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to, relevant experience, business sector, and geographic location.***

Key Missions
Mission 1:
Implement the central Purchasing Strategy locally.
Propose, Educate and guide stakeholders regarding the value of adopting and complying with procurement policies, procedures, tools and processes.
Vendor management: Manage relationship with suppliers, sourcing new suppliers, work on a referenced supplier panel (Supplier qualification, Audit, Evaluation, Business review, claims management …)
Contract Design: Challenge Stakeholders request. Based on Rémy Cointreau Purchasing Process: launch Request for Proposals, Negotiation, contracts design, Order compliance and ensure contracts negotiated are applied.
Assist the team with the tender process as.
Budget: participation with RC purchasing team to Budget elaboration
Reporting: Achievement Annual budget and monitoring of Purchasing Performance: Optimization of Costs / Savings, Monthly Reporting
CSR : Reinforce the CSR Policy with our suppliers (Sedex, compliance …)
Mission 2:
Be the key interlocutor of the brand marketing teams and field marketing teams in the POSM sourcing strategy (challenge the expressed needs, source adequate vendors, relationships with the POSM 3PL)
Mission 3:
Be an active part of the SAP procurement community and be a key user in the procurement process within SAP
Have the ownership of the vendor database in SAP and, later, the 3rd party database
KPI:
KPI 1 : Price Savings (real Vs Budget)
KPI 2 : SLA supplier Quality
KPI 3 : % of signed Contract
KPI 4 : suppliers CSR risk assessment
KPI 5: SLA for our internal customers (marketing team, …etc)
KPI 6: rate of acceptance of Cap 1
Foster collaboration through enhanced communication
Partner of the Marketing teams (Brands and Fields) and other departments
Member of the global RC Procurement community
Develop and maintain strong relationship with the different vendors
Provide training and support on the procurement process (tenders)
Profile
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of direct sourcing experience in the adult beverage or Consumer package goods industry. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge and experience of the procurement practice and more specifically a proven experience in the POSM sourcing and vendor management.
Strong creative skills to identify, manage adequate POSM vendors.
Strong presentation, negotiation and interaction skills are required.
