We are looking for a:

Private Client Manager

Reporting to the Senior Private Client Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for brand ambassadorial duties including developing, implementing and managing private clients across all targeted B2B and B2C channels while achieving commercial sales volumes, and ensuring prestige brand growth in a sustainable manner.

The main responsibilities include:

Commercial and business Development

  • Leverage CRM programs to build relationships & engagement with clients
  • Manage relationships with direct clients and further develop existing and potential accounts representing Louis XIII and Telmont brands
  • Organize and host high profile brand events (Louis XIII and Telmont) targeted to showcase the brand to be attended by key clients
  • Generate and achieve brands sales target volume as a result of the above actions
  • Plan and develop collaborations and partnership with luxury brands and leverage on their network

Brand management

  • Increase Louis XIII, and Telmont brands availability, visibility and activation in accounts across all existing channels in Singapore
  • Conduct training for different channels in Singapore when neccessary and enhance Telmont brand ambassador skillsets that contribute to the development of Telmont in Singapore
  • Effectively manage A&P budget for Louis XIII and Telmont
  • Develop and promote brands in targeted prestige premises, inclusive of hosting brand events and engagement activities such as consumer tastings (small and festival level) as well as media works
  • Gather competitor intelligence and analyze local market conditions to be shared with internal teams

Profile

PROFILE:

  • Graduate Degree/Diploma with extensive experience in sales & marketing
  • At least 5 years experience in client management for luxury brands/products managing high net worth individuals
  • Proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial, business acumen, knowledge and understanding of both luxury and wines & spirits, brand specifications, and consumer trends
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and possesses good public speaking and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships
  • Possess a sociable and out-going personality
  • Pro-active team player, who is self-motivated and able to work independently and willing to accept challenges
  • Able to manage stakeholders and prioritise effectively
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Willingness to support and participate in evening events, including weekends and public holidays, as required
