Job description

For Italy, Switzerland, Spain & Portugal, as Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of driving brand strategy, BPD, A&P tracking and communication with internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

•You will be in charge of creating and driving the marketing strategy and influencing execution from 3PD for RC brand portfolio in the markets in scope,

•You will work closely with the Marketing Director, the Brand teams 3PD team to build and produce marketing 360 toolkits ( ATL and OFF/ON/Digital),

•You will be the driver of the market intelligence for the markets in scope, analyzing trends, centralizing needs and making recommendations for 3PD and central teams,

•You will be responsible of planning, tracking and mapping of A&P investment choices. Rigid management and settlement of distributor’s activities from the A&P budget,

•You will be the interface from AM & Distributor to FGM market team and viceversa. Be a key enabler for open communication and efficient brand planning & decision making,

•You will be part and continue building a strong team culture with distributors, AM and BAs, based on trust,  transparency, sharing knowledge and positive ‘can do’ mindset with drive, autonomy, rigorous organization as well as respect of deadlines, timely & clear communication.

Profile

-You have already a solid experience gained in FMCG in a similar role,

-You will bring a strong marketing culture and way of thinking,

-You have efficient processes / ways of working and proven project management capacity,

-You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
