LOUIS XIII & Telmont Client Manager

Job description

The Louis XIII & Telmont Client Manager will ensure the development of sales of Louis XIII and Telmont in France,  specifically in Paris, Côte d’Azur and The Alps.


Selling abilities :

Maintain, develop existing clients and recruit new clients (direct sales or indirect via wholesalers). Abilities to sell to both On-Trade and Off-Trade clients. Identify and engage potential HNWI independently with tailor-made tasting formats, propose new/relevant activation formats based on available opportunities.

Close sales transaction & ensure customer/sales record is uploaded into CRM program.

Customer Relationship Management

Take ownership of the existing client database to retain and up spend existing clients.

Work hand in hand with LOUIS XIII Director to define the CRM strategy, opportunities and priorities in France.

Brand Expert & Educator

Represent the LOUIS XIII and Telmont to generate goodwill amongst event VIPs, core militants, media, fostering agents,

luxury partners and trade partners, when necessary, under the guidelines of LOUIS XIII Director.

Provide perfect execution of activations and promotional programs and events according to Brand

guidelines and standards of a luxury icon.

Internal reporting

Provide with monthly & quarterly reporting focusing on KPIs measurements and qualitative input ) around market trends.

Actively contribute to best practices sharing.

Update customer CRM records in salesforce.com for the full Rémy-Cointreau portfolio

Internal Operations

•Identifies and shares opportunities for the entire Rémy Cointreau portfolio with relevant team members

•Collaborate with the CSO and Credit Management teams for optimal order-to-cash process

•Ensure effective A&P and T&E spend. Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel.

•Strictly adheres to procedures with regards to ordering, delivering, sampling and merchandising


•You have a proven experience gained in the spirits/hospitality or luxury industries,

•You have a solid luxury understanding and sensibility,

•You are an engaging speaker with high energy level, excellent listening skills and
able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously,

•You have a strong entrepreneurial, pragmatic, problem solving mindset,

•You will bring your capability to federate people around common goals, self

•You are flexible, able to work after hours and travel with full mobility in the regions,

•Fluent in French and English
