Head of Wholesale, Specialists & Convenience

Job description

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will manage a team of Accounts Managers and have full P&L responsibility for Route to Market customers, including On-Trade Wholesale, Convenience and Specialists / Independents.

Mission 1:

•Deliver budgeted volume, value & case rate objectives

•Manage National On Trade Wholesale, Cash & Carry / Convenience, and Specialists customers

•Grow distribution & rate of sale and volume on priority brands incl.: Remy Martin, Cointreau, Bruichladdich, The Botanist, Mount Gay, Telmont & Passoa

•Implement the RTM channel strategy for Remy Cointreau UK to ensure targets are achieved

•Create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers to achieve sustainable value growth

Mission 2:

•Manage a team of Account Managers based across the country

•Work closely with other RCUK functions of Supply Chain, Finance & Marketing

•Responsible for forecasting customer base to ensure no disruption of supply to the Trade

•Provide timely and reliable reporting / information on results and developments within the On Trade Wholesale channel

Profile

Experience in RTM, On Trade Account Management

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Strong influencing and negotiating ability

Strong presentation & communication skills.

Ability to build and foster relationships
