Digital Transformation Manager

Job description

  • Improve the overall data & digital capabilities of the company and implement the digital transformation roadmap strategy
  • Support group level digital initiatives (Consumer Scan, digital trainings, data harmonization, Power BI & Dashboards, automation)
  • Ensure the smooth run of RC China Consumer Data Platform (CDP), integrate more data sources, monitor data quality, and work with brand teams to launch use cases (life cycle campaigns).
  • Deliver regular consumer data analysis for brands and management.
  • Work closely with HQ, HR & IT teams to ensure safe deployment of AI within the company
  • Define and Implement digital strategy and plan
  • Data integration, data analysis, marketing automation, dashboards
  • AI adoption
  • Be a driving force in this transformation and a business partner to the company.
  • Capability to federate and embark people from other departments.
  • Managing 1 staff and any agencies: management skills required.

Profile

  • Leading technical teams to deliver advanced data products (CDP, CRM, E-commerce)
  • Deliver consumer profile analysis
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to frame and deploy a roadmap, presentation and storytelling skills
  • French is a plus but not mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
