Cointreau Digital Communication Project Manager

Job description

We are looking for our Cointreau Digital Communication Project Manager who will be responsible for the development, deployment and analysis of the digital communication & content strategy on our international digital owned (Website, Email, Social) & paid (Search, Paid social) media channels.

Based in Paris, he/she will report to the Cointreau International Communication Director.

MAIN MISSIONS:

BRAND DIGITAL ACTIVATIONS

  • Lead global digital assets of activation projects, in collaboration with marketing. (margarita challenge, margaweek, launch activations…)
  • Coordinate market implementation and deployment
  • Proactively input projects, launches, brand’s initiatives on a digital perspective.
  • Support local digital activation needs & adaptation
  • Deployment of the editorial planning on global digital channels

SOCIAL MEDIA: STRATEGY, CONTENT & CM

  • Build and deploy social editorial planning : strategy, content production, publishing, community management
  • Manage the agency ecosystem (pitch, decide, brief, kpi setting, budgets, deliverables, team & project management) – organic & paid
  • Define the editorial planning and production of content aligned to our brand, social & PR calendars
  • Responsible for the global social media guidelines evolution & market adoption
  • In charge of Social management tool set-up, evolution & onboarding

 

MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION

  • Coordination and working process set-up between the Digital Factory and the brand
  • Market key contact point for digital brand needs or requests

CRM/PRM

  • Database & email reporting project lead
  • Responsible for PRM/CRM monthly & planning distribution of emailing
  • Carré CRM : strategy & build support

WEBSITE

  • Responsible for website content and  evolutions.
  • Market support in website management

MARKET SUPPORT & COORDINATION

  • Provide monthly content towards market : communication newsletters, editorial planning
  • Social media market contact point
  • Voice of the consumer management: social community management

& website contact form

  • Digital media/Social brand guardian, audit & benchmark

DIGITAL ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE

  • Analysis & Performance of digital activations (Global paid & owned)
  • In charge of social Paid / Owned / Earned dashboard evolution
  • Ad hoc reporting

Profile

MUST HAVE:

  • Master in Marketing/communication/digital or business school
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in digital communication, social media or digital marketing (agency or client side)
  • Fluent English, autonomy, leadership, rigor, versatility, good interpersonal skills, dynamism, creativity
  • Passionate about social media platforms, digital communication strategies and digital content
  • Management of cross-functional / data driven projects

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experienced in liquor & spirit/ cocktails/ luxury sector
  • Used to social media management tools (Sprinklr/Synthesio)
  • Familiar with analytical tool such as GA/Data studio
  • Managed a brand social media page and content creation
