Job description

With regards to the full portfolio in France:

•Drive the development of local marketing strategies and plans, within the brand global strategies and guidelines

•Drive excellent implementation of the activities for the brands, conduct systematic & thorough evaluations

•Deliver superior execution of marketing plans

•Identify and anticipate consumer, category and competitor trends to propose new ideas that will help move the brands forward

•Obtain buy-in from Maisons on annual/long-term brand plan (objectives and budgets, and programs) in partnership with Area Manager.

•Organize regular reviews with Maisons and distributor or Maisons and RCFD team

•Build efficient relationships with key internal and external partners, e.g: Maisons,  3rd party distributors, RCFD sales team, agencies, PR … in order to deliver effective brand activations

With regards to Telmont, Domaine de Hautes Glaces, Westland,  Belle de Brillet, St Rémy, Mount Gay and Louis XIII

•Organize (trade) events that bring awareness of our brands to key stakeholders or consumers

•Lead the development of the (trade) marketing material working closely with all different internal departments & external agencies

•Lead the development of effective mailing campaigns towards our B2B direct customers

With regards to e-commerce activity in France

•Be responsible for P&L results of the e-commerce activities

•Drive awareness and sales of e-commerce activities through digital and mailing campaigns in collaboration with Maisons.

Profile

  • You have around 3-5 years experience in marketing roles acquired
  • You have past experiences with consumer marketing – brand planning and execution,
  • You are at ease with budget management, figures, P&L ratios,
  • You have strong collaboration skills, ability to work across cultures and functions and people management experience,
  • You have also digital marketing or e-commerce experience,
  • Ideally you have a knowledge of spirit industry, or other alcohol categories.
