KEY ACTIVITIES:
CANNES FESTIVAL
- Oversee the end-to-end management of LOUIS XIII’s high-profile presence at the Cannes Film Festival, handling all event logistics, planning, and on-site execution for 50 VVICs.
- Conduct post-event analysis to refine future engagement strategies and coordinate with internal concierge and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless, high-level client journey.
BESPOKE EXPERIENCES
- Design and orchestrate personalized, high-end journeys and curated group experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs), often centered around the acquisition of exclusive products.
- Manage all client requests with exceptional, concierge-level service, requiring collaboration with partners and diligent follow-up to ensure a seamless and refined experience.
REGIONAL EVENTS : Lead regional events by supporting local markets in their organization, validating key elements (venue, flow, marketing materials, etc.), and measuring post-event performance to strengthen brand image and ensure ROI.
MARKETING & OTHERS : Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement initiatives, from creating unique services for exclusive product launches to producing guidelines and materials (POSM) for key commercial activities.• Manage the Client Experience budget.
Profile
MUST HAVE:
- At least one XP in Operational Marketing
- Client centricity
- English required
- Organization & meticulousness
- Excellent interpersonal skills
