Job description
Drive sustainable growth and brand excellence across Hong Kong and Macau by working with distributors together and optimize trade strategies for Remy Cointreau’s portfolios in key channels especially on premise
- Develop new listings and merchandizing visibility for Remy Cointreau’s portfolios at the right outlets to achieve sales targets with distributors together
- Solely responsible for developing Louis XIII Fortress & on trade listing especially in Hotels and Membership Clubs channel to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing to execute local & global brand activations in trade level to maximize brand presence and enhance brand equity
- Play as brand ambassador role during the trade & consumer events to communicate the brand & product knowledge by storytelling
- Focus on growing premium range of Remy Cointreau’s portfolio by BTB, private sales apart from traditional channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and business partners for exploring new business potential
Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Language Skill：
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese ( French/Italian/Spanish as a bonus)
Professional Experience & Competencies：
- Minimum 5 years in relevant field on trade including Hotels, Bars & Restaurants, Night Clubs, KTV that helps drive listing, promotion, merchandizing visibility to sales
- Demonstrate ability to achieve sales targets and meet challenging deadlines consistently
- Entrepreneurial, Presentable, Passionate, Good Negotiation, Responsible, Self-motivated
- Never mind working at NIGHT is MUST
- Understanding of Hong Kong and Macau market, especially in spirits industry
- Strong networking capabilities
- High level communication and strong project planning skills
