Drive channel-specific performance in PRIORITY MARKETS through Distributor selling division & priority accounts.
***The salary range for this role based in Dallas, TX is $92,000- $107,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to, relevant experience, business sector, and geographic location.***
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Distributor channel selling division performance in priority mkts.
- Execute regular account sales calls and distributor rideshares to drive sell-in and sell-through performance and execution of Remy-Cointreau visual merchandising
- Executes channel / division planning & review process.
- Sell in and ensure execution of programming aligned with RC Visual Merchandising Standards
- Hands-on responsibility for brand education, visual merchandizing standards, program deployment, & distribution growth initiatives at channel / division level
- Collaborate with distributor network to ensure focus on Remy-Cointreau portfolio at accounts through regular communication, training, etc. within account base
- Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with priority accounts to influence and execute against Remy-Cointreau’s visual merchandising standards in collaboration with distributor partners.
- Serve as brand education authority on Remy-Cointreau portfolio in assigned sub-market.
- Identify and optimize direct client opportunities (corporate clients, spirit focused social clubs)
- Assists Sr. Market Manager in market level sales planning process.
- Stay within designated budgets for programs, fiscal year, and manage local budget with Sr. Market Manager
Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing within restaurants/bars, retail, and/or 3-Tier distribution environment.
- Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, marketing knowledge
- Must be 21 yrs of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must obtain solicitor’s permit (where required by law)
