Job Overview:

Drive channel-specific performance in PRIORITY MARKETS through Distributor selling division & priority accounts.

***The salary range for this role based in Minnesota is $92,000- $107,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to, relevant experience, business sector, and geographic location.***

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Distributor channel selling division performance in priority mkts.
  • Execute presentations in General Sales meetings
  • Support Sr. Market Manager within priority markets during launches and market visits
  • Execute regular account sales calls and distributor rideshares to drive sell-in and sell-through performance and execution of Remy-Cointreau visual merchandising
  • Executes channel / division planning & review process.
  • Sell in and ensure execution of programming aligned with RC Visual Merchandising Standards
  • Hands-on responsibility for brand education, visual merchandizing standards, program deployment, & distribution growth initiatives at channel / division level
  • Collaborate with distributor network to ensure focus on Remy-Cointreau portfolio at accounts through regular communication, training, etc. within account base
  • Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with priority accounts to influence and execute against
  • Remy-Cointreau’s visual merchandising standards in collaboration with distributor partners.
  • Serve as brand education authority on Remy-Cointreau portfolio in assigned sub-market.
    Identify and optimize direct client opportunities (corporate clients, spirit focused social clubs)
  • Assists Sr. Market Manager in market level sales planning process.

Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience managing within retail and/or 3-Tier distribution environment
Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, marketing knowledge
Must be 21 yrs of age or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have authorization to work in the United States
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Must obtain solicitor’s permit (where required by law)
